- Coordinate cross-functional experts in IT, operations, repair, field services, procurement, and other teams.
- Onboard outsourced OEM service programs, including processes, systems and interfaces, equipment information, vendors, parts requirements, and implementation.
- Serve as the central project management contact, routing technical questions to appropriate experts.
- Communicate status, priorities, risks, and next steps to customers, steering committees, leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Lead implementation-related change management, communications, and training.
- Align stakeholders and drive results across functions and organizational levels.
- Track project financial performance and help deliver intended business outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or comparable relevant experience.
- Ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, deadlines, risks, budgets, and financial considerations.
- Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority, facilitate discussions, resolve challenges constructively, and align teams.
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional experts.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills, with follow-through to completion.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project and advanced proficiency in relevant business applications.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and ROI analysis.
- IT repair, field services, Lean/Six Sigma, or related product lifecycle services experience preferred.
- PMP certification is not required; practical project leadership, strong communication, and effective customer and stakeholder engagement are especially valued.
