Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) 37776224 * Hourly pay: $25/hr * Worksite: Leading electronic testing company (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment A leading electronic testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) to process precision-machined components through hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, deburring, and microscopic inspection. Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) Responsibilities: * Support all hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring processes, processing precision-machined parts through manual and automated operations after on-the-job training. * Perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope, including high-volume parts inspection, handling, and sorting with precision gauges and specialized tools and equipment. Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) Qualifications: * Some college or technical coursework is preferred. * Experience with microscopic inspection, high-volume parts inspection and handling, and part deburring, cleaning, and sorting. * Experience with precision pin, thread, and ring gaging. * Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills. * Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience. * Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
