IT Equipment Coordinator 1290 * Hourly pay: $30-$40/hr * Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking an IT Equipment Coordinator to support IT hardware operations, covering inventory management, break/fix and warranty support, equipment setups, and asset distribution. IT Equipment Coordinator Responsibilities: * Manage inventory and assets for all compute and mobile dev devices, including IT asset distribution and shipping/tracking logistics. * Provide basic technical support triage, including hardware break/fix repairs and warranty support. * Perform OS imaging for new deployments and secure wiping for recycling and donations, prepare computers for deprecation, assist with computer setups for distribution to staff, and clean and refurbish hardware. * Support Tech Ops projects and facility-related project work, such as desk setups and teardowns for new hires and terminations, including setting up and collecting equipment from desks. IT Equipment Coordinator Qualifications: * 1 year of experience with IT asset management. * Current CompTIA A+ certification. * Ability to lift 30 lbs. and handle physical work related to IT assets and material goods. #PP
