- Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Perform daily tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and replenishing linens and supplies
- Restock bathroom and kitchen essentials, including toiletries and paper products
- Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance with cleaning and maintenance
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all areas of the community are clean and well-maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (-)
- No prior experience required, as we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
