Job Summary:

- Assist in the preparation, serving, and distribution of resident meals and snacks, ensuring compliance with dietary requirements and patient preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols
- Restock food and supply items, and perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with food inventory management, ordering, and receiving supplies
- Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement meal plans that cater to residents' specific needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records and logs, including food temperatures, inventory, and resident nourishment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of patient care and dining experience
Requirements:
- No experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient satisfaction and care
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
