Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Conduct bedside rounding, code responses, and performs other tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries
- Develop and implement educational programs for patients and families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects
