Oversee material receipt inspections and verification processes
Manage punch lists and project closeout quality activities
Drive continuous improvement and quality best practices across the project
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in QA/QC roles supporting construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspections, and compliance frameworks
Experience with federal or DoD projects in secure environments
