Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Provo, UT Location: Provo Clinic, 746 E 1910 S, Suite 2, Provo, UT 84606 Pay: $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full Time or Part Time Our Provo clinic is a short drive from BYU and UVU, and we are building the team that will grow with it. No driving house to house and no working alone in someone’s living room. As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you will work 1:1 with children inside our Provo clinic, with teammates around you and a BCBA right down the hall. What You Will Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following your BCBA's treatment plan
• Teach new skills through play-based and structured activities
• Record session data on a tablet
• Support parent training so progress carries over at home
• Follow behavior plans and safety protocols

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to get certified with our support
• Reliable transportation to the clinic
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection
• A genuine passion for working with kids
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
