Production Technician - 3rd Shift

Production Technician| $20.50hr + $1/hr. Attendance Bonus!

3rd Shift- 10pm- 630am

We are looking for a Production Technicians for our client's soybean production facility in Jackson, MN! This is a great opportunity to work in different areas of production, both inside the plant and out in the field, depending on the needs of the agricultural season. We welcome candidates with a steady work history who are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to grow. Previous experience in any industry is welcome!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with harvest activities, including preparation, seed sampling, and unloading trucks.
• Perform a variety of tasks in the plant, field, and warehouse based on seasonal needs.
• Complete field activities such as scouting, inspections, and coordinating logistics.
• Use computers, iPads, and automated systems to complete daily tasks.
• Perform warehouse duties, including operating forklifts, collecting samples, and pooling.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.
• General Knowledge of agriculture practices
