Production Operator

Production Operator | $18/hr + Shift Differential & Sign-On Bonus

Hours and Schedule Vary Based on Position and Business Need

Our client, Vylor(previously Corteva), is looking for reliable team players with great attendance records and adherence to safety to join their team in Algona, IA. This is a full time and seasonal temp position to assist with Production needs. Must be flexible and open to working a variety of shifts and schedules – eligible for shift premium - and a Sign-On bonus is paid out to individuals that stay on longer-term through Harvest! This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door to potentially be hired on directly by Vylor!

Responsibilities:

• Engaged in the processing and packaging of seed corn
• Ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures
• Maintains safety standards and initiates & follows emergency procedures when necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to work independently
• Regular and predictable attendance

Benefits & Pay:

• Starting Pay: $18.00+/hr
