Tuesday-Friday, 6am-4pm

Are you looking for steady, reliable work with a local food manufacturing facility in Humboldt, IA? As a Packaging Associate, you will work on an active production line assembling, sealing, labeling, and boxing prepared entrees for distribution. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities:

• Package, seal, label, and box fresh and frozen entree trays along the production line
• Inspect packaged meals for accurate portioning, proper seal integrity, and clean presentation
• Verify that correct labels, dates, and lot codes are printed and applied accurately
• Stack, palletize, and stage finished goods for cold storage and shipment
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, packaging equipment, and staging areas between production runs
• Work cooperatively with kitchen, assembly, and warehouse team members to hit daily production quotas
• Adhere to all facility safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions with speed and accuracy
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled production environment
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or warehousing is a plus (willing to train the right candidate!)
