Shift Available – Mon- Fri: 11:45pm-8:15am

Are you a Production Worker looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Lumber Mixer to join their team! As a Lumber Mixer your basica function is to batch mix the blend of raw materials required to achieve the output needed to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the raw materials as necessary for the blend sheet specifications
• Follow established processes/guidelines for color changes, blend changes, job/product changeovers,

and transporting and storage of molds not in use.

• Batch mix the raw materials in quantity as needed for the specifications. Verify materials used match

specifications and recognize raw materials that are out of spec or wet.

• Cut up scrap product for rework as needed
• Ensure that production processes and finished goods meet the company’s standards for Quality.
• Perform any other task or work assignment that may be delegated from time to time by a supervisor. •Input accurate time keeping and production records

Requirements:

• Ability to use measuring devices/tools to verify that finished goods meet the job specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, carry, pull and push to perform job requirements.
• Mechanical ability sufficient to operate the extruder line and recognize problems.
• Positive attitude and desire to work.
