Laser Separation Operator

Laser Separation Operator- $19-$22 depending on Experience

Dayshift – 6am–2:30pm

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working with machinery? If so, this job is for you! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Laser Separation Operator to join their team. In this role, you will operate CNC laser cutting equipment, separate cut metal parts, and ensure finished products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Unload cut parts from the laser bed and separate individual metal pieces.
• Organize parts for the next stage of production.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and clean cuts.
• Remove excess material and rough edges using sanders or grinders.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow instructions.
• Ability to inspect parts for accuracy and defects.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand tools, sanders, and grinders.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
