General Production Worker

$17+ Depending on Experience

Shift Available – Mon- Fri: 7:45am - 4:15pm

A local manufacturing facility is looking for a dependable General Production Worker to join their team! In this role, you will work in different departments based on production needs, including machine operation, embossing, and assembly. You will follow company procedures and production guidelines to help keep operations running smoothly and meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the correct molds and tooling based on job requirements. Identify mold types, sizes, and product colors needed for each job.
• Operate the extruder line according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Direct the lumber assistant on finished product banding, material movement, and raw material mixing needs.
• Maintain accurate production records and timekeeping.

Requirements:

• Ability to use measuring tools to ensure finished products meet job specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and carry as needed.
• Basic mechanical skills to operate the extruder line and recognize equipment issues.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work.
