Job Title: General Labor

Location: Estherville, IA

Pay: $20.50/hr (1st Shift) | $22.50/hr (3rd Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1st Shift 6:30am–4:30pm | Sunday - Wednesday 3rd Shift 8:30pm–6:30am

Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with loading materials and basic machine operations.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Safely move, handle, and organize materials.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Assist other departments and complete additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work around noise, heat, machinery, and moving equipment.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
