Floor Care Technician – Evening Shift

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday–Sunday (days vary), 8:00 PM – 11:00PM

Locations: Mankato, MN

About the Job:

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Floor Care Technician to help local businesses maintain clean, polished, and welcoming spaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for caring for a variety of floor surfaces, keeping them looking their best while helping provide a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in quality work, and is looking for consistent evening hours.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain floors using professional equipment, including buffers and scrubbers.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors to keep them looking their best and help extend their lifespan.
• Perform routine floor care to prevent wear and damage.
• Check floors for issues and report any concerns to your supervisor.
• Travel between two nearby locations in Mankato and St. Peter.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in floor care or commercial cleaning (preferred but not required)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must have reliable transportation between sites
