Agricultural Service Manager - $88,400-$109,200/Year Salary - DOE

Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm with Rotating Saturday 7:30am-12pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Agricultural Service Manager to oversee daily operations at an established agricultural equipment dealership. This role will lead the service department, oversee and support service technicians, provide technical guidance, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of equipment service and repair, and the ability to keep daily operations running smoothly while maintaining department performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and lead the service department to ensure efficient workflow
• Train, develop, and mentor service technicians and staff
• Monitor repair progress and follow up with technicians to ensure timely, quality work
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify additional training opportunities
• Maintain shop equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment
• Monitor department expenses and help manage costs
• Build relationships with local schools and technical programs to create future technician and internship opportunities

Qualifications:

• At least 15 years of repair experience with agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and/or diesel trucks
• Strong knowledge of engines, powertrains, and hydraulic systems
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work extended hours during peak spring and fall seasons
• Valid driver's license with a clean, verifiable driving record
