Location: 7234 US-277 Building A, Abilene, TX 79606 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM + on-call rotation Pay: $24 Anticipated Annual Earnings: $50,000- $65,000

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service Technician to support restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout the Abilene area.

You'll work hands-on with commercial dishwashing equipment, troubleshoot problems, perform preventive maintenance, deliver products, and build relationships with customers. We provide paid, hands-on training ranging between 4-6 weeks onsite.

What You'll Do

• Service commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Use hand and power tools
• Deliver products to customer locations
• Work independently throughout the Abilene area
• Build relationships with customers and recommend additional products or services based on their needs

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and personable. You'll work independently throughout the day while building relationships with restaurant managers and staff. This isn't a traditional shop technician position, you'll be out in the field servicing equipment, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Pay & Benefits

• $24/hour starting
• $50,000- $65,000 anticipated annual earnings, including overtime and on-call pay
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Company vehicle during business hours
• Paid, hands-on training
• On-call rotation after training
• Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
• Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
• Paid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday
