We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor for a full-time school-based position serving All Grade students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students develop the skills necessary for academic success, independence, and participation in school activities while fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Position Details:

• Position: School Counselor
• Grade Level: All
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, small-group, and classroom counseling
• Support students with academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and personal needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain a comprehensive counseling program aligned with district and state standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in School Counseling
• Valid Wisconsin DPI School Counselor Certification (#966/#54).
• Knowledge of comprehensive school counseling programs and student development
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
