Required Qualifications The Subcontractor’s resource(s) shall show the following qualifications. A. Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in engineering, project management, construction management, business, or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience. Buyer accepts an education equivalency of eight (8) years’ directly related experience. B. Minimum of 10 years’ demonstrated experience with planning, work execution considerations, interfaces, and constraints C. Minimum of 10 years’ of Primavera P6 experience thatincludes the ability to create schedules in P6, develop and maintain logic-driven schedules, establish sequencing and relationships, apply resource loading, and produce schedule analyses and narratives D. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical planning capability sufficient to understand technical work scope, develop credible work sequences, establish realistic durations, identify required resources, and evaluate impacts of interfaces and constraints E. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with relevant cost elements and planning-level estimating sufficient to support task order proposal development, schedule development, and resource/cost alignment F. Minimum of 10 years’ experience identifying and evaluating planning-level risks, uncertainties, and constraints relevant to scope development and execution planning G. Minimum of 10 years’ experience with relevant cost elements sufficient to support planning-level schedule development and resource/cost alignment
