Job Description:
This 13-week travel assignment is for a Radiologic Technologist performing diagnostic radiographic, portable, C-arm, and fluoroscopic procedures. You will review clinical histories and orders, position patients safely and comfortably, select appropriate imaging techniques, operate mobile equipment in areas such as the operating room, emergency room, or bedside, and process images for physician review. The role also includes assisting with fluoroscopic and special X-ray examinations, preparing contrast media, documenting procedures in the electronic medical record and PACS, and applying radiation-safety practices throughout each exam.
