Job Description

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Telemetry Registered Nurse supporting a resource pool on day shifts. You will care for a high-geriatric, high-Medicare population with multiple comorbidities while floating across clinical areas other than Labor & Delivery, women’s services, the Emergency Department, and Special Procedures. Strong medical-surgical and telemetry experience is essential, along with proficiency in EPIC, cardiac drips, central lines, IV starts, and telemetry monitoring. Experience with conditions and protocols including diabetes, COPD, cardiovascular disease, hepatic disease, oncology, sepsis, and alcohol withdrawal is valuable. This assignment requires prior successful travel experience; first-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 10 years of experience in a teaching hospital with residents. Weekend coverage is every other weekend, and travelers may be called off or placed on call once per pay period.
