Job Description
Join a 13-week travel assignment in Maryville, Tennessee, as an MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse working 12-hour day shifts. You will care for patients with higher oxygen demands, atrial fibrillation, dialysis needs, and post-cardiac-catheterization recovery requirements. The step-down setting accepts patients transitioning from the ICU without ventilator or vasopressor support, with experience managing telemetry and drips such as heparin, Cardizem, amiodarone, and sotalol initiation.
The schedule is three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with weekend coverage every other weekend, subject to change based on unit needs. Floating to similar units may be required. ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, an active Tennessee license, and at least one year of EPIC experience are required. First-time travelers may be considered based on experience. Your stethoscope gets a change of scenery while you build valuable step-down and telemetry experience.
