Job Description

Join a 13-week travel assignment in Seneca, South Carolina, as a Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse working 3×12-hour night shifts. You will care for adult patients with cardiac and medical-surgical diagnoses, including acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmias, heart failure, COPD, sepsis, stroke work-ups, and gastrointestinal bleeding. The assignment also includes caring for surgical patients across specialties such as general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, cardiology, urology, and otolaryngology.

Your responsibilities will include cardiac and telemetry monitoring, pulse oximetry, TEE support, thoracentesis and paracentesis care, dialysis-related care, negative-pressure isolation, and administration of continuous IV infusions and IV push medications according to policy. The unit uses EPIC for documentation and Pyxis and Omnicell for medication management. Weekend coverage is every other weekend but may vary based on need, and floating to other like units or facilities is required. Think of it as a night-shift rhythm where every twelve-hour rotation brings a new clinical challenge.

Applicants must have at least one year of specialty experience, an active South Carolina RN license, ALS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications. First-time travelers may be considered based on experience.
