Job Description
Join a 15-week travel contract in San Francisco as an MS/Tele Registered Nurse working 12-hour night shifts. You will care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients, monitor cardiac rhythms, and support safe, attentive care throughout each overnight assignment. This role includes the ability to float to other facilities within the area, making flexibility an important part of the experience. A California RN license, BSN, AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least two years of cardiac telemetry experience are required. Experience with Epic EMR is also required; NIHSS experience is preferred. Your night-shift superpower: staying sharp while the city lights up after dark.
Weather
San Francisco typically offers mild temperatures, cool mornings and evenings, comfortable afternoons, and occasional coastal fog. Light layers and a jacket are useful for changing conditions throughout the day.
Fun Things To Do
• Waterfront: Walk along the Embarcadero, visit the Ferry Building, and take in views of the bay.
• City Exploration: Explore Golden Gate Park, its gardens, museums, and nearby neighborhoods.
• Day Trip: Visit Muir Woods and enjoy the redwood trails just north of the city.
• Day Trip: Spend a day touring the vineyards and tasting rooms of Napa or Sonoma.
• Scenic Landmark: See the Golden Gate Bridge, then explore the surrounding overlooks and coastal paths.
