Job Description

Take your next nursing assignment to Prescott, Arizona, as a Registered Nurse on a telemetry-focused cardiac and medical unit. This 13-week travel contract features 12-hour night shifts and caring for patients with conditions including CHF, respiratory concerns, diabetes, GI diagnoses, CVA/TIA, post-cath recovery, and total joint replacements. You will interpret basic telemetry strips and document your interpretation at least once each shift, manage set-rate diltiazem (Cardizem) drips, and work with equipment such as CPAP and BiPAP. The assignment includes floating to another campus and potentially to PCU when qualified. BLS and ACLS are required, and Cerner experience is recommended. A dysrhythmia exam must be passed within two attempts before signing. With just one unit orientation shift, this assignment is best suited for an experienced telemetry RN ready to hit the ground running.
