Job Description:

Join our team in Sioux Falls for a 13-week contract as a critical care RN on a specialized cardiopulmonary unit. This role offers the opportunity to work within a 30-bed medical unit and an 8-bed intermediate/progressive care unit, focusing on complex respiratory and cardiac cases. You’ll gain hands-on experience with mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and post-procedure monitoring - truly a chance for nurses eager to sharpen their critical care skills in a supportive environment that values safety and excellence. Expect 12-hour night shifts, with floating to other units including general medical-surgical care, ensuring your skills stay versatile and sharp. The setting features modern equipment like Epic charting and Alaris pumps, and you’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team committed to patient-centered outcomes.
