Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week travel healthcare contract in Gig Harbor, WA, working on the 4th floor of a busy hospital with 96 beds. This role involves day-to-day telemetry nursing, where you’ll manage patients with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, PNA, and general surgical cases. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, with the opportunity to experience the local culture and scenic surroundings while providing vital care in a lively hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of telemetry experience, be certified in BLS, and hold a WA or Compact license. Nurses will titrate drips like Heparin and Blood, and read strip strips and monitor techs will support your work. This role is perfect for energetic professionals seeking a blend of challenging work and a new adventure. Some floating within scope may be required, and holiday coverage will be needed, but there are no call or standby demands.
