This 13-week contract features 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend off, providing a balanced work-life rhythm. As a critical access hospital with just 25 beds, this role offers the chance to work independently while also stepping into charge nurse responsibilities. Floats to other units such as the Emergency Department and Medical-Surgical units may be required, making this position ideal for adaptable and self-reliant nurses seeking variety in their shifts.
