Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. You will care for patients with renal and limb-preservation needs, including end-stage renal disease, acute renal failure, vascular procedures, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and diabetic foot ulcers. The role includes telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, collaboration with the dialysis team, and participation in coordinated interdisciplinary care. This assignment welcomes first-time travelers and offers a structured day-shift schedule with self-scheduling based on unit needs.
