Job Description:

This travel assignment is for a registered nurse supporting a fast-paced telemetry unit in St. Louis. You will care for patients with heart failure, chest pain, arrhythmias, respiratory conditions, renal concerns, and hemodialysis needs while monitoring telemetry and managing treatments such as amiodarone and Cardizem drips. The role includes assessing patients, coordinating care with ancillary departments, supporting patients across a range of acuities, and floating to similar or lower-acuity units as needed. Expect 12-hour day shifts, every-other-weekend scheduling as required, and no call. A telemetry-focused assignment with plenty of cardiac rhythm experience - your monitor-reading skills will get a real workout.
