Job Description:
Support patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting as a traveling registered nurse in San Francisco. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, provide overnight nursing care, administer medications, and respond to changing patient needs during 12-hour night shifts. The assignment may include floating to alternate campuses, offering a broader experience across care settings. Bring your clinical focus, comfortable shoes, and appreciation for the city that stays lively after dark.
