RN: Telemetry

Job Description:

Join a travel assignment as a registered nurse supporting a telemetry and progressive care unit in San Jose. You will care for patients recovering from cardiac procedures, strokes, open-heart surgery, and other complex postoperative conditions. The role includes telemetry monitoring, rhythm interpretation, chest tube and wound vac management, dysphagia-related care, TR band maintenance, and collaboration with the care team. Expect 12-hour day shifts, rotating weekends, and occasional floating to related telemetry, medical-surgical, or progressive care units as needed. This assignment is well suited for an adaptable nurse who enjoys caring for medically complex patients and can keep pace with a varied clinical setting.
