RN: Telemetry

Job Description:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring long-term acute care and telemetry monitoring during a 12-hour day shift. You will use the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan and deliver care, monitor cardiac status, and support patients with ventilators or tracheostomies. This assignment also includes coordinating care, delegating tasks appropriately, supervising assigned staff, and applying sound clinical judgment in a complex care setting. An active California RN license and American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
