Original job description
Job Description:
Join a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse supporting adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients. You will care for post-surgical patients and those managing strokes, oncology diagnoses, CHF, COPD, respiratory and gastrointestinal conditions, orthopedic recoveries, and COVID-related needs. Your responsibilities may include managing chest tubes, tracheostomies, central lines, PICC and midlines, Foley and NG tubes, wound vacs, ostomies, dressing changes, and telemetry monitoring. The assignment includes 12-hour day or night shifts, with every-other-weekend rotation. Nurses may float to other medical-surgical areas or the emergency department for medical-surgical holds. First-time travelers are welcome, making this a good opportunity to add travel experience while putting strong bedside skills to work.
