Job Description:

Join a respected healthcare team as a Stepdown/Tele RN on a 12-hour night shift in Henderson, KY. This assignment offers the chance to work in a smaller, close-knit facility with seasoned staff, providing direct experience with a diverse patient population, including sepsis, CHF, COPD, and surgical cases. You’ll manage drips like insulin, heparin, and cardiac medications, with opportunities to perform PIV insertions and manage chest tubes. The role involves floating within the unit and potentially between nearby campuses, offering a varied and engaging work experience. This contract runs for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours weekly, and requires at least two years of RN experience, including one year in stepdown or PCU settings. Ideal candidates are resilient, adaptable, and ready to handle changing circumstances while maintaining focus on critical thinking and assessment skills.
