RN: Stepdown

Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment caring for patients in a progressive care, step-down setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide care during 12-hour overnight shifts, use EPIC for documentation, and support patients who require closer monitoring than a general medical-surgical unit. You should be prepared to float within an appropriate specialty cluster or support the nursing team on another medically appropriate unit as needed. An online EKG tele-competency assessment must be completed before the assignment begins.

Weather:

Expect cool, crisp conditions with changing skies, comfortable daytime temperatures, and colder evenings. Occasional rain is possible, making a light jacket and flexible plans useful for exploring the area.
