Job Description:
Join a travel healthcare contract as a Registered Nurse providing compassionate, evidence-based care during 12-hour night shifts. You will monitor patient conditions in real time, coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team, document clinical findings, advocate for patients, and help manage safe discharge plans from hospital to home. This assignment offers the opportunity to support patients through meaningful clinical transitions while working a consistent overnight schedule.
