Job Description:

Join a valued healthcare team as an RN on a 12-hour night shift, working a 13-week contract in Sun City, AZ. In this role, you’ll assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs, develop tailored care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive assessments, executing the care plan, delegating tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff, and documenting all care activities accurately. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a rewarding setting, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.
