Job Description:

This contract position requires a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, working 12-hour night shifts. The role involves assessing patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural dimensions, then developing and implementing tailored care plans. You will coordinate with physicians and healthcare team members, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure precise documentation of all patient interactions.
