Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 12-hour night shift contract in Phoenix, AZ. This position involves assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care within a fast-paced hospital setting. You will review patient histories, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adjust care plans based on patient responses. Expect to provide direct bedside care, delegate appropriately, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
