Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in a specialized oncology unit in Dayton, Ohio, where you’ll spend your nights providing critical care to a diverse patient population. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, caring for oncology and hematology patients, including those receiving chemotherapy and blood products. The role involves floating across all stepdown and advanced care units, including COVID support, with a focus on maintaining patient safety and comfort. Your expertise in oncology, along with experience in sickle cell management and chemo certification, will be essential for success. Expect a lively, supportive environment with a patient ratio of approximately 1:4, and occasional demand to work every other holiday.
