Job Description:

This travel assignment is designed for a Registered Nurse who will assess patients, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, administer treatments, evaluate outcomes, and document each stage of the care process. You will coordinate with physicians and the broader care team, provide patient and family education, delegate appropriately, and help maintain continuity of care. The role includes 12-hour day shifts and offers the opportunity to experience the welcoming desert community of Sun City while supporting patients across their care journey.

Sun City typically has mild, comfortable days around this time of year, with abundant sunshine, low humidity, and cooler evenings. Outdoor activities are especially enjoyable, so a light jacket may be useful after sunset.
