Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse contract in Phoenix, Arizona, offers the opportunity to assess patient needs, develop and update individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, and evaluate patient responses to treatment. The RN will coordinate care with physicians and the broader healthcare team, administer care according to orders and nursing standards, document thoroughly, provide patient and family education, and guide licensed and non-licensed personnel when appropriate. This assignment features 12-hour day shifts and a 36-hour weekly commitment in a direct patient care setting.
