Job Description:
Join a 13-week travel assignment as a PCU Registered Nurse in Abingdon, Virginia. You will provide nursing care for progressive care patients on a consistent night schedule of three 12-hour shifts, working from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role includes supporting nursing students and participating in clinical education alongside your regular clinical responsibilities. General orientation begins on Sunday and includes online compliance-based learning, with 16 hours of nonbillable orientation included.
Weather:
Expect generally cool conditions with crisp air, a mix of sunny and cloudy days, and occasional rain. Comfortable layers and a light jacket are useful for exploring the area.
