Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing assignment in Chandler, Arizona, is designed for an experienced acute care nurse who can assess patients, develop and update individualized care plans, provide direct care, coordinate services, and evaluate progress toward expected outcomes. You will document thoroughly, communicate changes in condition, provide patient and family education, and guide the work of licensed and non-licensed team members when needed. The 12-hour day shift offers a consistent schedule while giving you the opportunity to support patients through changing health needs from admission through discharge planning.
