Job Description:

Join a travel acute-care assignment as a Registered Nurse providing comprehensive care throughout the full nursing process. You will assess patients, develop and update individualized care plans, deliver direct care, administer interventions based on orders, evaluate outcomes, document thoroughly, and communicate changes with the broader care team. The role includes coordinating care, delegating appropriately, supporting patient and family education, and helping guide licensed and non-licensed personnel. This assignment offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts while supporting patients across physical, developmental, cultural, psychosocial, and discharge-planning needs.
