Job Description:

Provide comprehensive nursing care during a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix. You will assess patients, develop and update individualized care plans, administer care according to provider orders, evaluate outcomes, document accurately, and coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, and the broader healthcare team. The role includes supervising and delegating activities to licensed and non-licensed personnel while supporting safe, age-appropriate care. This assignment offers 12-hour day shifts and the opportunity to experience desert-city living between shifts.

Phoenix generally has sunny, dry weather at this time of year, with comfortable daytime temperatures and cooler evenings. The low humidity makes outdoor activities pleasant, and clear skies are common.
