RN: PCU/IMC/Stepdown

Job Description:

Support patients through comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, direct nursing care, ongoing evaluation, and accurate documentation during a travel contract in Chandler, Arizona. This role includes coordinating care with physicians and the broader healthcare team, supervising delegated activities, providing patient and family education, and adjusting care plans as needs change. Working 12-hour night shifts, you will help maintain continuity of care while responding to evolving patient needs - when the rest of the city is winding down, your clinical expertise keeps care moving forward.
