Job Description:
This travel Registered Nurse contract in Glendale, Arizona, offers the opportunity to assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, coordinate with the healthcare team, and evaluate patient responses and outcomes. The RN will document care thoroughly, review diagnostic and laboratory information, provide patient and family education, and support continuity of care through accurate handoffs. The assignment includes 12-hour day shifts and requires a current RN license and BLS certification. Acute care experience within the past 12 months is required for travel positions.
